Role: Administrative Assistant II

Duration: 12 months

Location: Marlborough, MA Onsite

Performs a variety of administrative duties. Supports one or more members of management and/or staff in a business or functional unit. Work generally requires knowledge of company and/or business/functional practices, policies, programs and/or product line. Resolves routine and non-routine inquiries. Administrative responsibilities include calendaring, document preparation and management, correspondence, managing the calibration program for the site gauges, travel arrangements, and meeting/travel coordination. Maintains confidentiality.

Quals
  • Knowledgeable using SAP ERP system to create purchase orders, confirm receipt of materials, and generate reports.
  • Interact with contractors to verify PO in place, invoice submitted for completed work, and any payment questions.
  • Order parts and equipment for various projects.
  • Proficient at using Microsoft office tools – Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • A plus would be to be familiar with parts inventory systems.
  • SAP knowledge, Microsoft office, MS teams.
  • Needs 2 plus years experience
