A public university in the UK is seeking an Administrative Assistant to support the School of Health Sciences. Salary on appointment will be £24,685 per annum, with an annual increment up to £26,093 per annum. An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to undertake secretarial and administrative duties to support the School of Health Sciences (HSC) and deliver a strong customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You will provide efficient, pro-active and high quality customer service and assist the School by undertaking a range of administrative duties to support the delivery of HSC apprenticeship provision, including support for admissions and professional (re)accreditation activities and events.
You will have a good standard of secondary education or equivalent experience in a similar role. Strong organisational, interpersonal and communication skills are essential as is the ability to manage a varied workload in a high paced environment.
This full-time post is available immediately on a fixed term basis to 28 September 2026.
