Pay Range: $49,600.00-$62,000.00

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform advanced secretarial and administrative tasks, including drafting correspondence, preparing reports, and managing confidential information.
  • Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize research-related programs and events.
  • Manage purchasing and inventory of office and research supplies.
  • Maintain and oversee observership and rotator programs, ensuring compliance with institutional guidelines.
  • Support donor-related projects, including tracking contributions and preparing acknowledgment materials.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to facilitate research and clinical initiatives.
  • Prepare presentations, maintain databases, and assist with grant-related documentation as needed.
  • Handle travel arrangements and expense reporting for leadership.
Qualifications
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
