Tesco Media and Insight Platform is a partnership between Tesco and dunnhumby. Together, we help brands shape what Britain buys, fuelled by data from over 24 million Clubcard holders to measure and optimize advertising across the full marketing funnel.
Administrative Assistant. This role provides administrative support to the Tesco Media Sales Team, with general coordination and account management in a fast-paced environment. The role involves updating our regular systems, handling new bookings and contracts, pipeline management of media campaigns, and invoicing. You will also support the teams in building audiences and segmentations for media campaigns and in providing measurement for campaigns after they are completed. You will ensure all actions are completed on time in full and look for efficiencies and new processes within your team and the wider Tesco Media teams.
You will interact with many different teams across the Tesco Media business, requiring a high level of organization, strong prioritization, and the ability to manage your own time with support from your team lead.
