Essex Partnership University NHS Foundation Trust (EPUNFT) have an exciting opportunity for a part time Band 3 Administration Officer. We are seeking a motivated and organised administrator. This is a part role supporting a busy clinical service, providing high-quality administrative support to ensure the smooth running of the service. Attending MDT, responsible for the monitoring of the Email Inbox and covering reception duties where needed. General Administration duties. Main duties of the job to provide a range of administrative skills to Loughton Community Mental Health Services. To receive, register new referrals into service. You will be required to handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls from patients and relatives as well as clinical staff. Responding in a polite and efficient manner, maintaining strict confidentiality at all times. Record accurate messages and follow them up appropriately in accordance to department guidelines. Recording of outpatient clinic attendance for the team.
