Here at GXO, our Home Delivery Network is growing! Join us as our Administration Data Analyst, based in our Brackmills, Northampton depot. This is a pivotal role, working closely with our customer Wickes and internal operational teams, ensuring we are providing best-in-class data and insight.

This is a full time, permanent position working 40 hours per week. Monday to Friday 6:00 to 14.00, office based.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £27,762.08 per annum and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). Your benefits package includes a company sponsored pension scheme, life assurance and access to our benefits platform, including retail discounts.

What you'll do on a typical day:
  • Site reporting & administration control; maintain, complete, and submit accurate daily site reports. Keeping all operational trackers live and up to date, ensuring all site and system processes are consistently followed.
  • Ensure site system workflows run smoothly, utilising our WMS and Google Suite/Dashboards.
  • Operational accuracy & compliance; ensure all system workflows are completed correctly, monitoring system issues and follow escalation and reporting channels to achieve timely resolution.
  • Communication & escalation management; maintain effective communication across shifts, departments, and external partners, manage delivery discrepancies and customer escalations/operational risk insights.
  • Flexibility & continuous contribution, working efficiently with high attention to detail, across all admin departments, maintain up-to-date system knowledge and contributing to projects.
