Perry Hall Multi-Academy Trust (MAT) is a growing Trust currently comprising ten primary schools across Wolverhampton, Staffordshire, Worcestershire & Sandwell.
As a result of our continued growth, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen within the Trust Central Business Team where a HR Administration Assistant is required to support our schools with the delivery of an effective and efficient operational HR service.
We are looking for a professional, enthusiastic and pro-active team player who is keen to use and build upon their existing HR knowledge and experience to support staff at all levels within our organisation in the delivery of excellent educational outcomes.
Candidates will possess strong generalist HR and administrative experience and be looking to develop their skills whilst promoting value added operational HR support services.
You should have excellent communication/interpersonal skills, show initiative and the ability to prioritise workload as well as drive improvements. You must have a focussed but flexible approach to work as we deliver support to multiple stakeholders.
