Administration Assistant - Community Hospitals

Are you passionate about making a positive impact on the well-being of patients within the Community?

If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join the Community Hospital Administration Team as a Flexible Administrator.

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our administration team across all Community Hospitals. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our community healthcare facilities. You will work closely with a dedicated team to ensure seamless operations, contributing to the overall success of our mission to provide exceptional administration support to our community.

The sites are:

City (Oxford), Abingdon, Didcot, Wallingford, Bicester, Witney, Wantage, Chipping Norton and Murray House (Kidlington).

Interviews will be held face to face. Own vehicle is essential as you will need to travel for this role.

Applicants must have a full valid driving licence and have access to a vehicle for work. Adjustments can be considered in line with the Equality Act 2010 where required.

Main duties of the job

The successful individual will be motivated and enjoy working in a challenging and busy environment providing a comprehensive administration service.

You will need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively deal with a diverse range of people in a sensitive and confidential manner. You will have good organisational and IT skills including Microsoft Office.

You will be a confident individual who is able to use their own initiative to manage competing and conflicting demands.
