A leading healthcare provider in the UK is seeking Administrative Assistants to join the Integrated Single Point of Access team in Worcester. This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support within a busy healthcare environment, managing schedules, and ensuring efficient workflow. Candidates are expected to have excellent communication, organizational, and IT skills, along with a commitment to professional development. We have an exciting opportunity for Administrative Assistants to be part of the Integrated Single Point of Access (SPA) in Worcester which also supports the new countywide Hospital at Home service. This role will be integral in supporting the coordination and roll out of a countywide H@H service as well as supporting the other administrative work in the integrated SPA. The SPA also continues to grow and develop and the post holder will be part of the administrative workforce within this integrated SPA and be involved in the operational growth and development of this service. We require flexible and adaptable candidates who are able to manage a busy and varied workload across the H@H and SPA services to support a seamless delivery of administrative support to support the urgent delivery of services to professionals and patients. You will be based at Kings Court 2 in Worcester and expected to work shifts across a seven day week to cover the operating hours of 0730-20:00. Please note the Trust is unable to provide sponsorship to work for this role; to apply you must have current right to work in the UK status.

Main duties of the job: Provide administrative support for the H@H and Integrated SPA services. Must have excellent communication, organisational and IT skills. Record information in spreadsheets to enable data and activity within the H@H & Community SPA to be analysed and presented by the Operational Lead.
