Administration Assistant
27,237 - 28,394 (pro-rata)
0.8 FTE / 28 Hours
Based at Stirling Campus (also required to cover in Alloa and Falkirk campus)

Fixed Term to December 2026

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Administration Assistant to join our Commercial Hospitality Team. This role is integral in supporting the smooth operation of our hospitality services such as internal and external events and our Gallery training restaurant and ensuring exceptional experiences for our clients and guests. You will also work closely with the curriculum team and provide administrative support if required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Commercial Hospitality Team.
  • Assist with scheduling, bookings, and event coordination.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation and monitor/action inboxes.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Handle inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Support at events when required (which may be outwith normal working hours).
About You:
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable with digital systems.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous experience in administration support is essential, as is a qualification at SVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) or above in a related subject.
