Part Time Administrative assistant required to provide general Admin support across the office.

Dealing with daily correspondence, answering phones, assisting managers with daily tasks as required. In house training will be given for specific items.

Maintaining various office filing systems, assisting with data entry into spreadsheets, printing Estimate Drawings, employee time sheets, employee expenses, inputting Invoices/ Credit Notes/ Purchase Orders to Xero.
