What skills and experience we're looking for

We are looking for an organized and proactive Admin Assistant to support the Principal and Senior Administrator. The role involves preparing correspondence and reports, managing filing and photocopying, maintaining accurate pupil records, and assisting with data and reports. You will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, liaising with staff, parents and external agencies, and handling mail and emails promptly.

Requisite skills include strong organisational and communication abilities, IT proficiency, and the capacity to work accurately in a busy environment. Confidentiality and compliance with school policies are essential.

The position requires a satisfactory enhanced DBS check and we will conduct an online check where necessary.
