A local primary school in Trowbridge is seeking a proactive and organised Admin Officer to support smooth operations on a part-time basis. Willowbrook Primary School is looking for an enthusiastic, personable and highly organised Admin Officer to support our school on a part‑time basis, starting from January 2026, and help to ensure the smooth running of our day‑to‑day operations. For prospective applicants looking for more hours, this role could also be done in conjunction with the Pupil and Parent Support Assistant role.
Working Hours : Part time (13.5 hours per week, 38 weeks per year, no Teacher Training days)

As the initial point of contact for parents, visitors and other stakeholders, you will act as an ambassador for our school and be responsible for supporting with administrative, financial and organisational processes within our setting.
