Working Pattern: Mondays to Fridays from 10 am to 2 pm

You will assist in the delivery of the administration service across a variety of supported and sheltered schemes and provide administration assistance within a client‑focused environment.

- Experience of working with administration and financial systems
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with individuals from a variety of different backgrounds
- Experience working in a customer‑focused environment within a residential setting with a diverse client group of vulnerable adults
- Basic administrative skills with the ability to use Microsoft Office including Word, Outlook and Excel

Role Profile
- Carry out day‑to‑day office administrative functions to ensure that all records and files are maintained securely and confidentiality is upheld.
- Assist with procurement and management of service contracts.
- Assist the delivery of an effective and consistent administration system across the cluster.
- Ensure culture and diversity issues are considered across the client group and tackle any forms of discrimination, adhering to equality and diversity procedures.
- Collate and submit information returns, including funding, health and safety and performance returns.
- Promote and encourage a high level of client involvement, consultation and communication.
- Order and monitor office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain all financial administration systems, including rent accounts, invoices, petty cash and banking.
- Collate internal financial monitoring reports as and when required.
- Provide personal administration support where appropriate.
- Ensure appropriate recording and IT systems are in place.
- Work in line with health and safety requirements to ensure the overall safety and security of the scheme.
- Attend various meetings to provide a minute‑taking function.
Service Delivery

- Work in line with company policies and funder and stakeholder requirements to ensure effective service delivery.
- Attend appropriate training and development opportunities as required.
- Use IT packages including word processing, spreadsheets, internet‑based systems and email proficiently.
- Travel occasionally across schemes in the cluster.
Other Duties
- Provide a high‑quality, customer‑oriented service championing “Riverside Service Style” practices.
- Constantly review work outputs, set improvement targets and appraise individual performance.
- Participate in the work of the Divisional team, encouraging innovation.
- Undertake personal development and training as necessary to keep up to date with legal, political, financial and other developments in housing and customer service.
- Ensure compliance with Riverside’s Equality and Diversity policy, in respect of employment and service delivery.
- Ensure that all data is compliant with legislation and policies relating to data quality.
- Actively promote Riverside locally.
- Perform any other relevant duties as required by the designated manager.
