Working Hour
- Mondays: 8am to 4.30pm, inclusive of 30 mins lunch break
- Tuesdays to Fridays: 8.00am to 5:00pm, inclusive of 30mins lunch break
- Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Requirement
- N’/’O’ level or equivalent;
- Good communication and inter-personal skills
- Proficient in MS Office; Microsoft Word and Excel;
- Relevant work experience in general administration and personnel preferred.

📞 Enquiry & Communication Hub
- Professionally manage all telephone, in-person, and digital enquiries from parents, students, and the public with a service-oriented approach.
📊 Attendance & Data Management
- Accurately record, compile, and submit precise daily reports on student and staff attendance.
🔄 General Office Operations
- Proactively support the seamless and efficient day-to-day functioning of the General Office to ensure optimal workflow.
📦 Logistics & Coordination
- Receive, inspect, and securely store delivered goods. Promptly notify and coordinate with relevant staff members for collection.
💻 Administrative & Clerical Support
- Provide reliable support through a variety of tasks including typing, document preparation, printing, and laminating/cutting.
🚀 Adaptability & Initiative
- Flexibly undertake any additional duties or projects as assigned by the reporting officer or school leadership, contributing to the school’s overall mission.
