🌟 What You'll Be Doing
  • 📞 Delivering Exceptional Telephone Support - Providing a professional, friendly and understanding service; Handling queries, appointment changes, cancellations and general information requests; Communicating clearly with callers and internal colleagues.
  • 📅 Coordinating & Managing Appointments - Scheduling routine and priority appointments; Tracking individuals through their booking journey; Helping prevent delays by keeping workflows organised and up-to-date.
  • 🗂 Maintaining Accurate Information - Updating records on internal systems; Ensuring data is accurate, timely and compliant with internal guidelines; Following booking rules, processes and timelines.
  • 🏢 Supporting Daily Office Operations - Providing reception cover when needed; Sorting mail, photocopying, filing and general admin duties; Assisting with onsite enquiries and resolving issues when possible.
  • 👥 Team Support & Training - Assisting with the onboarding and guidance of new team members; Collaborating effectively with colleagues across departments; Suggesting and contributing to service improvements.
