Admin Assistant - £13.13 per hour
Newport | Mon-Fri, 08:30-16:30 | Hybrid (after training)

We are looking for a well organised Admin Assistant to join our client's Plant Protection team. This is a great opportunity if you enjoy keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes and working with a supportive team.

What you'll be doing:
  • Helping keep records and files organised
  • Making sure documents are accurate and up to date
  • Sharing safety info with clients and answering their questions
  • Handling calls and customer enquiries
  • Supporting the team with day-to-day admin tasks
  • Keeping in touch with the on-site teams to help things run safely and smoothly
What we're looking for:
  • Someone with great communication skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • A good eye for detail and strong organisational skills
