Qualifications

  • Experience of working in a medical background is an advantage but not essential.
  • Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

  • Answering all incoming phone calls.
  • Patient facing dealing with daily enquiries.
  • Checking emails and responding to online enquiries.
  • Scanning and emailing of ear impressions.
  • Patient record keeping.
  • Arranging appointments, sending confirmation letters.
  • Placing orders.
  • Taking payments, raising invoices.
  • Dealing with incoming and outgoing post.
  • On demand repairs (hearing aid technician).
  • Walk in patients.
  • Return items for credit and repair. Issuing refunds.
  • Be a go to for the Audiologists.
  • Restocking the rooms and clinic for consumable stock.
  • Stock checks and ordering.
  • Checking in hearing aids and ear protection plugs.
  • Ensuring all admin paperwork is fully stocked.

Overview

Harley Street Hearing is looking for an additional Practice Assistant to join our busy team based on Harley Street.

The successful candidate will be well spoken, smartly presented, be of a confident nature and have experience of providing excellent client facing customer services. This diverse role requires the ability to work under pressure, multitask and pay meticulous attention to detail.
