Compensation: £39,140 - £45,320 / year

Priory Eden House is looking to recruit an Addictions Therapist to join the team. This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours. Residential Addiction's care – helping our clients to rediscover life beyond addiction. Eden House is the first service in our brand new Division of Residential Addictions. Branded under Flourish, Eden House will be the first Priory therapy-led residential programme for people seeking meaningful, sustainable recovery from addiction and related behaviours.

What you'll be doing

You will be part of a compassionate team who are committed to our residents’ wellbeing. We take a personalised approach, using proven therapies to help people move forward with confidence and build a healthier, more fulfilling future. As an Integrative Therapist, you will play a key part in their recovery, assisting qualified staff with the assessment and implementation of individual patient care plans, undertaking routine tasks and activities as directed or delegated to facilitate wellbeing, dignity and treatment of residents.

  • Receives and responds promptly to referrals undertaking initial assessments to establish the scope, level and nature of the individual client's therapeutic needs.
  • Leads and facilitates group and/or individual therapy sessions, ensuring activities and interventions continue to meet the needs of the clients, and are consistent with the provisions detailed in the clients' therapy plan.
  • Manages, monitors and reviews an assigned caseload, ensuring delivery within the agreed timescales.
