Apprenticeship includes regular training with a college or other training organisation; around 20% of your working hours will be spent training or studying, leading to a nationally recognised qualification.

An apprenticeship will help you develop the skills, knowledge, and know‑how to embark on a successful, fulfilling career within the health service.

  • Working in collaboration with colleagues as part of a team to ensure high‑quality, safe care to patients and their families, and to promote a positive approach to quality development.
  • Contributing and participating within the Clinical Governance framework by attending team and unit meetings.
