David Lloyd Clubs in the United Kingdom is seeking an Activities Manager to lead the smooth operation of all activities across our Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families departments. You will act as Duty Manager, ensuring safe, efficient service and an exceptional member experience.

You will recruit, train and empower your team to deliver high-quality service daily, collaborating across departments to meet objectives and drive a thriving club culture.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g. restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across variable depts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• A passion about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities across Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within the club.
• Regularly act as Duty Manager, ensuring efficient operation for the entire club.
• Lead recruitment, training and empowerment of your team to deliver exceptional member experiences.

As Activities Manger you will lead and manage an efficient operation of all activities that take place in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim and Families Departments within your DL Club. You will regularly act as Duty Manager, taking responsibility for the efficient operation for the entire club.
