Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a club alongside the General Manager, driving exceptional member experiences and daily operations.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality service, managing multiple departments, and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the club, seven days a week.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a large operational service delivery facility (e.g., restaurant, attraction, retail unit, sporting or leisure facility).
• Experience leading a variety of functions with variable challenges and goals, or across multiple departments.
• Experience of financial planning and management.
• Passionate about customer service.

Responsibilities

• Lead and operate a DL Club with full accountability to drive targets and member experience.
• Work closely with the General Manager to implement strategies and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Ensure health & safety and compliance standards are met for all members and staff.
