  • Withdraw or transfer learners as needed, liaising with admin staff.
  • Monitor attendance and follow up with absent learners.

Compensation: £24,434 - £25,993 / year

Part-time, permanent position: 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

To support the Adult Community Learning Coordinator with the efficient delivery of Adult Community Learning courses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct daily checks of enrolment numbers and ensure accurate records.
  • Process learner enrolments promptly using the Pro system.
  • Assist learners with completing online enrolment forms during drop-in sessions, primarily at CCC. Support learners from partner organisations with enrolments and scanning documents to admin staff.
  • Chase learners for required evidence and outstanding payments to facilitate course closures or expansion.
  • Withdraw or transfer learners as needed, including liaising with admin staff.
  • Monitor attendance and follow up with absent learners; initiate withdrawal processes where appropriate.
Skills, Knowledge And Expertise
  • NVQ 2 qualification or equivalent
  • Demonstrate e-literacy and competency in Office365
  • Demonstrate clear knowledge and understanding of general office procedures.
