The Role

You will have a wide range of duties, such as;

  • Prepare year-end accounts to draft stage, supported by clear and accurate working papers.
  • Carry out bookkeeping duties including bank reconciliations and ledger maintenance.
  • Process payroll and prepare VAT returns for a range of clients.
  • Assist with personal and corporate tax computations.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve queries.
The Person

The ideal candidate will be:

  • Accounts Technician (IATI) or Part-Qualified (ACCA / ACA / similar).
  • Previous experience in an accountancy practice is preferred.
  • Strong experience in industry will be considered.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
