Qualifications

• AAT qualified or part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
• Previous experience working within a UK accountancy practice.
• Strong technical knowledge of accounts preparation and bookkeeping.
• Confident communicator with excellent attention to detail.
• Familiarity with cloud accounting software (e.g. Xero, QuickBooks, Sage).
• Organised, motivated, and eager to develop your skills further.

Responsibilities

• Preparing year-end accounts for limited companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
• Assisting in the preparation of management accounts and VAT returns.
• Maintaining accurate bookkeeping records for clients.
• Supporting clients with cloud accounting systems.
• Liaising directly with clients to resolve queries.
• Supporting senior colleagues with ad-hoc accounting tasks.
