A leading private outpatient mental healthcare provider in England is seeking an Accounts Receivable Assistant. In this role, you will ensure accurate processing of payments, monitor inquiries related to billing, and support credit control activities. The ideal candidate should have at least one year of admin experience, be an effective communicator, and possess intermediate Excel skills. This position offers a supportive work environment with a commitment to employee development and well-being.
As an accounts receivable assistant, you will ensure that payments are processed accurately and in a timely manner . You will monitor mail boxes and answer general enquiries relating to bills . You will support with credit control activities including sending statements and following up on payments . You will be responsible for copying and distributing invoices to the relevant departments.
