The Wonderfield Group has recently been purchased by Zensho Holdings, the leading food service company in Japan with a market cap of $5.5b and whose aim is to become the worlds largest food company, a position from which we can eradicate hunger and poverty from around the globe. We operate restaurants, factories, and thousands of sushi kiosks and have recently built a successful cut fruit business, Snowfruit. Key Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Create new vendors on Navision & Concur.
• Monitor manual expense mailbox, chase approvals, answer queries, process and post all expenses.
• Request approvals and post overhead invoices.
• Post maintenance invoices once approved, raise queries and request credit notes.
• Update urgent payment spreadsheet.
• Request statements and reconcile 60 vendor accounts.
• Prepare accrual of unposted invoices.
• Monitor AP mailbox, post all overhead invoices when senior AP is on holiday.
