We're excited to offer an opportunity for an Accounts Payable Administrator to join our Accounts Payable (AP) Team in Birmingham. This is a full-time position on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting the team with key responsibilities including invoice and transaction processing, purchase order management, and supplier statement reconciliation. This role requires a high level of accuracy and attention to detail to ensure a smooth, efficient, and well-controlled AP process. We're seeking an individual with strong organisational and communication skills, capable of expressing ideas clearly and constructively. You'll be a collaborative team player who builds positive working relationships and contributes to a supportive team environment. In this role, you'll bring a tenacious and committed approach to achieving tasks and objectives, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines. A proactive attitude and willingness to support the wider team where needed will be key. Success in this role requires excellent attention to detail and an understanding of the importance of accurate data-particularly in relation to the AP process.
