Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Accounts & Finance department.
- Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, including Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, and Cash Flow Statement.
- Ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions across the group.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the financial performance of different business units.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, and relevant regulations.
- Manage internal controls, audits, and risk management processes.
- Supervise, guide, and train accounts staff across the group companies.
- Liaise with banks, auditors, and external stakeholders as required.
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management for decision-making.
