The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in accounting principles, financial reporting, and taxation, with proven experience in handling company accounts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, tax filings, VAT, and other legal requirements.
• Develop, implement, and monitor financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Optimize working capital, cash flow, and cost control strategies.
• Supervise, guide, and train junior accounting staff.
