About your next employer
A multi-site organisation operating and delivering projects across throughout the UK. You'll join a collaborative finance function that supports operational teams nationally, reporting into the Finance Team Lead/Manager and working closely with AP and project stakeholders.

About you

  • 2+ years' finance experience in a similar role (construction/FM sector exposure ideal)
  • Proficient with Excel; confident across finance systems (Sage, Xero or equivalent)
  • Team player with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Clear communicator who can manage inbox queries and supplier relationships
  • CIS/subcontractor invoice processing knowledge (nice to have)

What you'll do

  • Monitor shared accounts inboxes and resolve day-to-day queries
  • Own purchase ledger processing with 3-way match and monthly supplier reconciliations
  • Process subcontractor invoices and assist with month-end payment runs
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies; maintain accurate records
  • Provide general finance administration and support to the wider team
