Think Accountancy & Finance is partnering with a global, innovative business to find an Accounts Assistant, with an Accounts Payable focus to join their Hemel team.

This role will covers the full Purchase Ledger process, as well as playing a key part in the finance team, ensuring smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process accounts payable invoices and maintain purchase orders
  • Monitor aged creditors and manage month-end payment runs
  • Post bank payments, intercompany transactions, and employee expenses
  • Maintain company credit cards and complete balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide ad hoc support to wider team
What We're Looking For:
  • MUST have 2-3 years' experience in accounts payable / finance role
  • AAT qualifications are desirable
  • Strong Excel
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Positive, confident and proactive attitude
  • Excellent organisation and multi-tasking skills
  • Team player with the ability to work independently and adapt to change
