A leading employment agency is seeking a finance professional to perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records. You will assist in financial reporting and manage purchase and sales ledgers. Ideal candidates will have experience in financial software and strong attention to detail. This office-based role operates Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5pm.
Role: Performing bank reconciliations and maintaining accurate financial records. Assisting in the preparation of financial reports and statements weekly, monthly, quarterly. Handling Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger, ensuring prompt payment processing and credit notes. Supporting Head of Finance with Credit Control. Make construction contract applications for payment. Job Costing. Accruals, prepayments, stock take/processing/valuations.
Hours of work are 8.45am - 5pm Mon - Friday.
