3 Point Recruitment are hiring a Finance Administrator for a well established business based in Rugby.

Our client is looking for a personable professional who lives in or around Rugby can start the role quickly & who has some exposure to working within an Accounts or Finance team previously.

You will be working within a small team ensuring your work is accurate and on time so that the Financial Controller complete their duties. You may be asked to produce some reports at times alongside assisting the wider Finance team during times of absence.

Requirements
  • Processing invoices onto the Purchase Ledger
  • Resolving queries raised by customers / clients & either solving them or raising them to your line manager
  • Assisting with preparing payment runs
  • Assist with setting up new supplier accounts
  • Supporting the Financial Controller during month & year end
