Job Title: Accounts Assistant

Location: Lisburn

Salary and Benefits: £30k-32k per annum plus excellent benefits

Hours of work: Hybrid working - 4 days office / 1 day home

Employment Type: Permanent

The Right Client- Nominate Recruitment are thrilled to be partnering with a successful Business based in Lisburn. Due to ongoing growth they are keen to recruit an Accounts Assistant to join their busy Finance team.

The Right Role
  • Assist with processing purchase invoices and matching GRNs/POs
  • Prepare and issue sales invoices and credit notes
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve invoice queries
  • Support weekly and monthly bank reconciliations
  • Maintain accurate financial records and filing systems
  • Assist with payment runs and petty cash management
  • Input and verify data on accounting software
The Right Fit
  • 1-2 years' experience in an Accounts / Finance role
  • Strong numerical and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
