Operating in a fast-moving, client-focused environment, the business is expanding its operations and needs a hands-on Bookkeeper who is ready to grow with them.

This role offers direct insight into a diverse network of companies, making it an ideal stepping stone for someone looking to develop into a Finance Manager in the near future.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers using internal accounting software
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
  • Prepare profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and VAT returns
  • Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies
  • Process invoices and ensure timely payment of suppliers
  • Maintain financial documentation for audits and compliance
  • Record cash receipts, manage petty cash, and handle bank deposits
  • Assist in preparing monthly management accounts and annual budgets
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support across various business entities
Experience and Skills:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a bookkeeping or accounting
  • Comfortable working in a bespoke or cloud-based accounting system
  • Strong Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload independently and across different locations (if needed)
