We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administration Assistant to join our Accounts team on a part-time basis. You’ll be organised, accurate, and keen to support the accounts function within a busy hospitality environment.

Hours & Pay
  • Anticipated to be 12 - 14 hours per week, across 3/4 day. We are open to discussion around hours of work during the interview stage.
  • Preferred working days: Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday or Tuesday/Thursday/Friday.
  • Preferred working hours: 10am–2pm or 11am–3pm
  • Pay rate: £12.75
Key Responsibilities
  • General filing and administration.
  • Processing sales ledger invoices and chasing outstanding payments.
  • Purchase ledger statement reconciliation.
  • Gift voucher administration and matching.
  • Inputting and submitting energy readings.
  • Food basket reconciliation.
  • Interfacing Guestline with Opera.
  • Preparing period-end reports.
  • Sending PL remittances.
  • Supporting with other general administrative duties as needed.
Skills & Experience
  • Excel skills: Basic formulas (SUM, IF, COUNT, AVERAGE).
  • Computer literate with good working knowledge of Outlook and Word.
  • Confident with numbers.
