Bookkeeping & Recording Transactions
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Record income, expenses, and other financial data in ledgers or accounting software.
Financial Reporting
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow statement).
  • Ensure reports are accurate and comply with accounting standards.
Accounts Payable & Receivable
  • Manage invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Monitor outstanding bills and debts.
Bank Reconciliation
  • Reconcile company accounts with bank statements to ensure accuracy.
Tax Compliance
  • Calculate taxes, prepare tax returns, and ensure compliance with local regulations.
  • Assist in audits or internal reviews.
Budget Support
  • Help in preparing budgets and forecasts.
  • Track expenses against the budget.
Internal Control
  • Ensure proper documentation of financial transactions.
  • Follow company policies to prevent errors or fraud.
