  • Raise ad hoc charges and recover utility costs.
  • Monitor bank reconciliations and resolve queries.
  • Meet KPIs and manage insufficient cash positions.

Within the role, you'll be responsible for managing financial operations across a portfolio of properties, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and strong client relationships.
