A leading beauty company is seeking a Field Sales Account Manager to drive growth across a territory of 120-150 accounts. You will be responsible for achieving sales targets and partnering with hairdressers to enhance their salon business. The ideal candidate will have 12-15 months of direct selling experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a strong digital presence. This role encourages a proactive approach and offers competitive benefits, including extensive leave and a company car.

Our Wella Account Managers have overall responsibility for business growth within their territory of 120-150 accounts. Success will be achieved through highly disciplined journey planning, visiting a combination of existing and prospective accounts on a daily basis (an average of 11 calls per day). You will take a consultative approach with our salon partners to grow their business leveraging our portfolio of products and services to delight their customers.
