Job Summary

IntelliSurvey is seeking a savvy Account Manager with Market Research experience. The AM is primarily responsible for fostering and expanding relationships with current clients, acting as the main point of contact between clients and the IntelliSurvey delivery team. Their core responsibilities include coordinating research projects and ensuring the delivery of actionable insights. This role requires effective communication, strategic planning, and collaboration with internal teams to meet client needs and maximize business opportunities. The Account Manager plays a crucial role in client satisfaction, project coordination, and contributing to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate should be located in the United Kingdom or Bulgaria.

What You’ll Do

  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key customer stakeholders within the IntelliSurvey portfolio to expand engagement and revenue
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business objectives and challenges
  • Coordinate research projects end-to-end, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction
  • Support quarterly review meetings with clients, contributing valuable insights and information
  • Act as a “thought partner” both internally and externally by proactively engaging and proposing solutions to research challenges
  • Participate in the development of proposals, presentations, and pitches to win new business. Scope, price, and propose on incoming bid requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including Sales, Programming, Operations, and Research—to align on client requirements and objectives
  • Respond promptly to client and internal team requests, balancing multiple priorities effectively
  • Ensure account profitability and contribute to achieving revenue and profitability targets across your territory

What We’re Looking For

  • Education & Experience: 2–5 years of experience in the market research industry in Operations, or 1–2 years in Sales (preferred)
  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies and client needs (Consultancy, PE, or corporate environments)
  • Inquisitive mindset with the ability to adapt to technological advancements
  • Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and growth
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote team environment
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills
