Our client is a fast growing digital & litho print who believes the key to their success is recruiting the right people with the right attitude. They are looking for a confident, dynamic and self-motivated Senior Print Account Manager to join their rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate for this role will be hard working and well organised, with experience managing/supervising a small team.

Responsibilities
  • To develop and nurture relationships with existing key customers, maximising product sales and profit opportunities.
  • To manage a team providing an excellent level of sales support to the customer base, and to the internal and external sales teams.
  • To monitor and manage the workflow of estimates, orders and job bags through the MIS systems
  • Provide a swift, accurate and professional response to personal customer enquiries (deliveries, invoices, products and pricing)
  • Provide daily feedback to Directors, analysing estimates/orders and current challenges
  • Manage holidays ensuring coverage at all times
  • Attend daily production management meetings in order to facilitate good communication
  • Report production feedback to the team
  • Maintain and develop personal skills, knowledge and capability, ensuring appropriate knowledge of business processes, products and services
