Our client is seeking an ambitious and enthusiastic Account Manager to join the Music Merchandising team. Responsible for the relationships with existing key clients you will drive new sales revenue growth to develop your customer base through effective sales strategies and relationship-building.

The Role:

  • Developing and executing the Company’s sales strategy for the Music Merchandising (Concerts/Festivals/Touring & Licencing) Sector whilst delivering exceptional client service.
  • Responsible for delivering sales and service key performance indicators.
  • Client relationship management
  • New business and revenue development
  • Sales analysis and reporting
  • Competitor and in-country market analysis
  • Contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Customer service support

Skills Required:

  • Minimum of 2 years experience and a proven track record as a Sales Key Account Manager.
  • Must have a strong understanding of Printing and Embroidery
  • Must have strong negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and meeting sales goals.
  • Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving industry.
  • A customer-focused approach with a passion for delivering value to clients.
  • Excellent spoken and written English plus in-country Language.
  • A knowledge of the fashion industry or sustainable fashion an advantage.
