Overview

Were looking for a Manager level candidate to focus on delivering best in class account management activity across a portfolio of clients as part of our Private Equity (PE) Channel. Our team focuses on the firms top priority accounts across different segments and supports lead client partners and account teams to drive profitable revenue growth and deliver exceptional client value.

PwCs PE Channel is built around a three-pillar go-to-market model House Portfolio and Deals which connects our relationships with private equity funds their portfolio companies and investment activity. Our client base spans 3 categories including Global PE European PE and Midmarket firms each requiring a tailored approach. Global accounts demand coordinated international coverage and all 3 value agility regional collaboration and sector depth. Across all segments Account Managers ensure that PwCs capabilities are connected and that clients experience a consistent high-quality relationship. Your ability to navigate the complexity of the PE market and understand our clients modus operandi will be a critical success factor in this role.

What your days will look like
  • Working to establish Account Cadence: Align the firmwide account team on client focus and strategy delivery through structured collaboration.
  • Enabling Account Team Discipline: Provide management information market insights knowledge sharing and meeting preparation to bring structure and support.
  • Driving Strategic Workshops: Create inputs for account planning and client experience workshops using best practices to foster collective purpose and differentiate PwC.
  • Supporting Key Account Services: Coordinate rate card and MSA reviews connecting with expert teams to deliver seamless client service.
  • Leveraging Internal Networks & Technology: Utilize internal expertise and tools like Salesforce to ensure accurate data collaboration and efficiency across the client portfolio.
  • Enhancing Client Reporting & Feedback: Deliver timely reporting value reports and feedback loops to keep client insight central to all activities.
This role is for you if
  • You have Private Equity / Deals Expertise: Experience in Private Equity or transaction-based environments with strong knowledge of professional services and the PE lifecycle.
  • Have a background in Account Management Excellence: Proven track record in B2B account management implementing both strategic and tactical initiatives effectively.
  • Strong stakeholder communication: Exceptional communication skills and gravitas when engaging senior stakeholders clients and internal leadership.
  • You have Sales & CRM Knowledge: Understanding of sales methodologies for building client relationships; familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred).
  • Are someone that pays high attention to detail & creativity for accurate client-facing materials combined with creativity to convey key business messages to diverse audiences.
  • You are proactive & collaborative: Self-starter who manages own workload to deadlines while contributing as a collaborative team member.
