Account Manager (Food Industry)

Location: Oxfordshire / Gloucestershire / Wiltshire / Berkshire / Buckinghamshire
Salary: Up to £36,000 + Company Car + Commission

As they continue to expand and evolve, we’re looking for a passionate Account Manager to join the team.

The Role: We’re seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Account Manager with a love for food. If you’re driven by building lasting relationships and exceeding targets, this role is for you! Grow your ledger, drive sales, enhance customer satisfaction, and be instrumental in helping the business grow.

This role will be a mix of growing existing/inherited accounts and new business with realistic and achievable targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing customers, while seeking out new business opportunities.
  • Develop clear, impactful proposals and quotations for both new and existing clients.
  • Act as a problem solver, ensuring excellent customer service and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for a unified approach to customer needs.
  • Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and product developments to inform strategy.
  • Exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the business.
  • Develop expert knowledge of core product range to boost sales and margin.
What We’re Looking For
