Job summary

A leading fintech company is seeking an experienced Account Manager – Expansion Representative to drive revenue growth within its existing customer base across North America and APAC. In this role, you will focus on upselling and cross-selling the company's suite of solutions while leveraging innovative payment infrastructure. You will manage a defined territory, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and execute strategic expansion strategies. The position requires strong communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of financial processes and account management.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in account management or SaaS sales, preferably in fintech or treasury management.
  • Proven track record of upselling and cross-selling within an existing customer base.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, including cash forecasting and liquidity management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a defined book of existing accounts in North America and APAC.
  • Drive upsell opportunities for GTreasury’s solutions and Ripple-enabled offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across finance and treasury departments.
