The opportunity:
We’re looking for a highly capable Enterprise Account Manager to join the Demand team and support the growth of Flexport in the region.
Our account management team focuses on closing renewal, upsell and cross‑sell opportunities from existing accounts. As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will own the customer experience from start to finish. You will help the customers grow and realize the Flexport value proposition by deeply understanding the client’s supply chain and partnering to find solutions for them.
This role is ideal for someone with experience in account management and/or sales, and interested in supply chain and logistics. They will engage with customers with the objective of driving customer satisfaction.
This role is ideal for a highly organized individual, with negotiation experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to meet and exceed revenue and volume KPIs.
