A leading software company based in Newcastle upon Tyne is seeking an Account Manager to manage and nurture relationships with key customers. Your role will focus on customer retention and growth, ensuring product alignment with clients' goals. With 2-3 years of experience in Account Management or related fields, you will be accountable for achieving revenue targets while collaborating with various departments to enhance the customer experience. We are currently looking for an Account Manager who will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key customers, with a focus on customer retention and growth. You will have a consultative and analytical approach to gain a strong understanding of our clients’ goals ensuring product and service alignment. A natural ability to identify areas of growth while demonstrating a return on investment to their clients. You can connect people and products to solve business challenges, internally and with customers and will be measured on your ability to achieve monthly revenue retention targets and convert short term contracts into 12+ month contracts.
