We are working with a leading Print Management company to find a dynamic, self-motivated individual who thrives on change and progression. As an Account Manager, you must relish the opportunity to beat deadlines, manage multiple projects and exceed all expectations.

Over the past few years, our client has continued to strengthen their proposition and growth. They are recruiting a passionate and dedicated Account Manager to help them continue in their path of success.

As Account Manager, you will become an integral and pro-active member of our client’s sales department, providing first class customer service to a designated portfolio of customer accounts and ensuring the contract performs within the agreed SLAs. You will provide support and guidance to your customers as required to ensure that projects run smoothly from development of initial concept, to mapping timelines and managing budgets, through to delivery of the end product; demonstrate high level of commercial acumen by making informed decisions with regard to selection of suppliers/sub-contractors based on cost and quality of product/service required; and oversee and manage the integration of system driven solutions and maintain using the support of the IT team and service providers.

This requires someone who can work proactively with others to efficiently prioritise and meet the needs of different customers.

Knowledge & Skills

– Demonstrates very good understanding of the importance of specific quality/service criteria of the finished product
– Demonstrates very good understanding of relevant administrative procedures and documentation and how they relate to customer and function
– Demonstrates high level of commercial awareness
– Very good understanding of quality standards as they relate to production procedures and processes

Candidates must come from the printing industry and have a passion for what they do. Direct mail or transactional mail would be a bonus.
