Responsibilities
  • Managing and growing Key Accounts in the business
  • Delivering exceptional customer service through regular communication, attending meetings online or face to face
  • Ensuring all projects are running to schedule and delivering updates to key internal and external stakeholders
  • Track revenue for all accounts against budget vs forecasting on a monthly basis
  • Creating reports from within internal and external databases
Qualifications

The ideal candidate for this role is someone who has experience in account management within Engineering, Industrial or scientific sectors

  • Customer Service or Project Management qualification
  • Previous account management experience
  • Strong IT skills, including the use of MS Office and recognised databases
  • Experience managing a portfolio of multiple accounts
  • Full driving licence for use in the UK
